What exactly is included?+
Every live certification we run — AI Product Management, AI Product Leadership, AI Product Strategy for Leaders, Agentic Engineering, and AI-Native PM with Claude — taught in live cohorts with published dates. Plus capstone reviews with faculty, recordings of every session in your cohorts, free retakes of any cohort, and the Advanced Product Management program (the one on-demand bonus).
How is this different from an on-demand course library?+
Structurally, not rhetorically. Every certification here runs as a live cohort with real dates — published on this page — taught live by the named practitioner, and ends in a capstone where you ship a real AI product. A library can't publish a cohort calendar. We just did, above.
When do cohorts run?+
All year. Five certifications are scheduled over the next 12 months, starting Jul 25. See the cohort calendar.
What if I can't attend live?+
Every session is taught live and recorded for you. Miss a week, catch up, keep shipping. And if a cohort gets away from you, retake any cohort free when it next runs.
Can I expense this to my company? (Reimbursement template)+
Most Fellows do. It usually comes out of a learning and development budget. We've written the manager email for you: a fill-in-the-blanks template, plus what to attach and how to answer the three most common objections. Get the reimbursement template. If your company needs an invoice, email support@productfaculty.com and we'll sort it.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refund within 14 days of your first cohort's start date — not your signup date. Join today and the clock doesn't start until your first cohort does.
How does the price lock work?+
Your Founding Member price of $3,600/year never changes while your membership stays active — renewals stay at your original price, even as new certifications are added to the Fellowship.
What happens if I cancel mid-cohort?+
You can cancel anytime. Your membership stays active through the year you've paid for, so you finish any cohort that starts before your term ends — including its Demo Day.
Do I keep my certificates and recordings if my membership ends?+
Yes. Certificates you've earned are yours forever, and recordings from cohorts you completed stay with you. When a membership ends, you stop joining new cohorts — nothing you earned is taken back.
How many courses can I take at once?+
As many as you can genuinely show up for live. Cohorts are scheduled back-to-back on purpose — most Fellows run one at a time and complete three or four certifications in their first year.
Is Agentic Engineering right for me?+
It's application-based, and it's not for first-time agent builders — you should have shipped something with LLM APIs before. If you're earlier in that journey, start with AI Product Management; your seat covers both, and Cohort 2 runs in spring.
I'm newer to product. Is the Fellowship for me?+
The Fellowship is built for senior product people — the flagship certifications assume you own real product decisions. If you're newer, AI Product Management is the right first cohort and the Advanced PM program fills the foundations. If you're pre-PM, this probably isn't your year yet.
Is there a community?+
Fellows get a private peer network of senior AI builders today — your cohort, your capstones, your Demo Days. A full Fellows community opens later; Founding Members get first access.
